In the midst of the Central West End is Thai 202. The restaurant is located along the street in the first floor of a three story brick building. Inside there are only a few tables and many people are only coming in for carry out. It perhaps provided us with the most New York City vibe we have had since returning to St. Louis. The inside is rather low-key and is decorated with a few bright accent colors.

When we visited we ordered the pad thai with chicken and thai fried rice. The dishes came rather quickly and in fun boat-shaped plates. We both enjoyed our dishes and found them to be the perfect sized portions. The menu is quite large with an assortment of options, and also a variety of vegetarian options. We both enjoyed our our visit to Thai 202 and agreed it is the perfect local restaurant for those in the Central West End.
