A fantastic St. Louis eatery is Seoul Taco in the Delmar Loop.  Besides the Delmar location there is also a location in Chesterfield, Columbia, MO, and a couple locations in Chicago, as well as their original food truck. We visited the Delmar location which is tucked away in a non-assuming three story structure. Once inside the room is dimly lit with bright pops of colorful decor and dark woods. The restaurant is primarily one large room, broken into two sides and decorated with an eclectic style.

Seoul Taco’s menu is focused on Asian fusion dishes that consist of tacos, gogi bowls, burritos, quesadillas, nachoes, and gogi and waffles. We have visited several times and tried an assortment of tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, as well as ordered some chips and queso. Our favorite is the burritos, which are made with protein of your choice, Kimchi Fried Rice, Lettuce, Cheese, Carrots, Green Onions, Sour Cream and Seoul Sauces. Each of the proteins are well-made and deliciously flavored. The tacos are very good; however, the burritos utilize similar flavors, but are quite filling. Additionally, we typically order the chips and queso, and pour the queso on the burrito, which is very tasty.  We have both dined in and carried out, and each time the food is fantastic. Seoul Taco continues to be of our favorite restaurants in St. Louis.
