Another of the restaurants in Ponce City Market is Minero, which calls itself a casual Mexican style eatery. We visited on a Saturday afternoon after walking along the high line to grab a bite to eat. It has both an indoor and outdoor seating area and we sat in the back so we were still able to look out to the patio. The inside decor has a rustic, industrial look, with metal siding, light wood, and bright orange and black colors. Minero’s menu is more conducive of small plates so we ordered a couple tacos and had fun trying them. They also have a large drinks menu, and a wide variety of mezcal or tequila. In general, we recommend visiting more if you are looking for snacks and drinks while hanging out with friends than a full meal.
Side Note: There is a second location in Charleston, SC.
