We had some leftover rice and instead of having a stir fry or just reheating it we decided to just throw a couple ingredients together and see how it tasted.

Ingredients:

-2 cups of cooked rice (we use medley rice)

-1/4 cup of Milk

-1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese

We placed the rice on the burner to heat it up. We had around 2 cups of cooked rice  and then added about 1/2 cup of milk; however it was a little too much so we would recommend more around a 1/4 cup of milk and then add a little more if needed. Next, we added in 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese. Depending on your cheese preference however, you may want to make this a little less. As it heated it up we continued to stir the entire time to ensure the cheese did not stick to the bottom. Afterwards, it was an extremely creamy cheesy rice. It tasted somewhat like risotto and left us with a new take on our leftover cooked rice. Since we were working with leftover rice, this only took a few minutes to heat up making it an easy quick side.
