We really enjoy the tomato recipe that we came up with and have now started incorporating it into other meals or with different ingredients. This is the latest version we came up with.
-Bulgar, Quinoa, or Rice
Make the grains according to their directions. When the grains have about ten minutes remaining, put olive oil and garlic powder into a pan. Turn the heat to medium. As the pan is heating, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and place in the pan. Allow the tomatoes to heat through, then take them off the burner. Mix the tomatoes with the grains, and sprinkle feta cheese over the grains and tomatoes. You’re left with a tasty and hearty dish that can serve as a main course or side dish.
