Serenberry Vineyards is located near the Georgia-Tennessee border just east of Blue Ridge, GA, so it’s set amidst the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. In front of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in a bucolic setting, is a small building made of wooden slats. As you leave the peaceful outdoors, you enter a small, old house, dimly lit with beautiful wooden floors, walls, and exposed floor beams. There is a small bar on the right side of the room where visitors can partake in a wine tasting.
Serenberry has a nice variety of wines, with plenty of both whites and reds. We took home a bottle of our favorite wine, the Railroad Red, that had big, bold flavors but was very drinkable. The wine tasting was relaxing, fun, and cozy in such an intimate setting. Serenberry Vineyards has been one of our favorite wineries-the setting was beautiful, the tasting room was romantic, and the wine was a treat to try.
