There are a plethora of buffalo dip recipes out there, and perhaps someone else uses this same recipe; however, this was our favorite after trying a few variations.

Ingredients:

Shredded chicken

1 cup of fat free ranch

1 cup of shredded cheese

1 cup of buffalo sauce

8 oz of fat free cream cheese/8 oz of Greek yogurt

Shredded cheese on top

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Start by placing the chicken in a pot of water and boiling the chicken until it is cooked. Remove the chicken from the stove top and, once it has cooled a bit, shred the chicken. Then add the ranch, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and cream cheese (or Greek yogurt). Mix together and place in a pan. Afterwards, sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. Then, bake for 18-20 minutes, and you are left with a delicious, healthier version of buffalo chicken dip perfect for having people over or a sporting event.
