Ever since we moved to Atlanta, we have been intrigued by Pancho’s and have wanted to go. Our intrigue began ever since we passed Pancho’s going north on I-85 and saw the restaurant on the north side of the interstate, with a large tree looking as if it were growing right out of the middle of the restaurant. We finally visited the Mexican restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The restaurant is not a new building by any means, but is nice and clean inside with a typical pub vibe. The interior is actually small with the star attraction being the outside deck with ample seating centered around the large tree. Even though it was January, we went on a beautiful day and had the deck to ourselves for most of the time we were there. The menu was large, but not overwhelming. We ordered a taco salad and the enchiladas rancheras, both of which were tasty and offered just the right amount of food. Thankfully, the prices were also reasonable, making for a delicious but inexpensive dinner.

While we went to Pancho’s, in some ways, for the amusing tree in the middle of the deck, we were glad that we went as we enjoyed our dinner. Of course, we also enjoyed sitting next to the tree in the middle of the deck!
