In a constant search for vegetarian dishes, this little brussel sprouts dish turned out as another tasty option. We served this to a few friends and family members who are vegetarian, and they loved it!

Ingredients:

-Brussel Sprouts

-Crushed Red Pepper

-Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning (Savory Spice: Cumin, salt, mild chili powder, annatto, turmeric, aji amarillo chiles, makrut lime leaves, Mexican oregano and cilantro make up their savory blend!)

-Olive oil

Place a skillet on the stove top, and add olive oil and red pepper at a low heat. Next, rinse off the brussel sprouts and chop off the ends. Throw them into the saucepan, turn up the heat, and then add Savory Spice’s Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning. Cook until slightly darkened or to your own personal taste.

Additional Tip: You can always shave fresh Parmesan on top.
