Growing up Margaret and her sister absolutely loved a creamy cornbread that they only had on holidays at their relatives’ house; however, they discovered upon requesting the recipe how unhealthy it was, so we recreated it to make the recipe healthier. It turned out incredible!

Ingredients:

1 package Jiffy Cornbread

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can cream style corn

3 eggs

1/4 cup of butter

Dash of Salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and place them into a pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until it is slightly browning on top. You are left with a delicious, healthier, creamy cornbread.
