This is a fun, easy version of jalapeno poppers.


-1 cup Greek yogurt or 1 cup whipped cream cheese (or even mix 1/2 and 1/2)

-Shredded cheese

-6 to 8 Jalapenos

-Dash of seasoning of your choice

Forewarning, we advise wearing gloves or some sort of protection between yourself and jalapenos. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the top of the jalapenos off and clean out the inside seeds. Then cut the jalapenos in half. In a bowl mix, the seasoning and greek yogurt. Place the greek yogurt mix into the jalapenos, sprinkle cheese on top and place on a pan. Bake for about 15 min, depending on your oven and preference for the jalapeno texture. Afterwards, you are left with a tasty, but healthier version of a popular snack.
