Another Atlanta activity that may make the perfect date is an afternoon at All Fired Up, a pottery painting and glass fusing art studio in Emory Village right by Slice and Pint and Romeo’s Pizza. The facility has bright colors and walls covered with a variety of pottery to paint or already completed works. We participated in glass fusing at All Fired Up, which involves mashing up pieces of glass and placing them on a glass plate with glue to secure them. The facility then takes care of heating up the glass so it fuses in to one another. You can come back in a week or so (depending on when they tell you) and pick up your finished product. We had made small glass plates for the lesser celebrated holidays, St. Patrick’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Although, we didn’t partake in painting pottery, we have before, and it also makes for a great date! After you complete your art masterpiece you can head to a nearby restaurant for a tasty treat. If you live farther out in the Atlanta area, there are other facilities throughout the metro area too, but we recommend All Fired Up. All Fired Up was a fun and relaxing activity that is great for a date or an outing with family and friends.
